Based in Dubai, Tom has operated across the UK, Europe, the Middle East, and the United States for over two decades, with deep experience in real estate, development, venture backed businesses, and long term asset ownership.
He leads Monte International with a focus on alignment, governance, and patient execution, building portfolios intended to endure across market cycles.
